We are a leading provider of Project Management training, mentoring, and coaching services in South Carolina.  Our goal is to excite the student or audience to see things differently!  To help them develope a passion for breaking the paradigms of Project Management, and to encourage them to discover new methods for solving business problems...all while having fun!  Remember how easy it was to learn back when learning was fun?  We take the childhood learning concepts of hands-on activities, student engagement, class interaction, and utilization of multiple stimulus techniques to keep the students involved and interested---the result is that learning occurs!

Volunteer Opportunities

The Trident United Way is seeking volunteers to offer their spare time to serve on the Community Investment Review Team (CIRT). The deadline for registration is January 26, and you can sign up directly on their website. Just go towww.tuw.org and click on “CIRT” on the left side.

Here’s where your brain comes in . . .this team is collectively responsible for reviewing agency program proposals that fall in one of three focus areas of Education, Financial Stability or Health. This team ultimately makes the final recommendations for program funding to the TUW Board of Directors. That’s right – you can have input into how the TUW allocates money to community programs!

The time commitment is February – May 2012, and includes the following responsibilities:

  • · Attend an orientation/training meeting
  • · Review funding proposals
  • · Make site visits to programs
  • · Participate in program budget conferences
  • · Attend a final meeting to develop funding recommendations

If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact Patty Mascis, Community Impact Operations Coordinator at 740-9000 orpmascis@tuw.org.
